BRUNSWICK — A graveside service for Carroll “Sam” Brillant and his daughter Sammi’jo Brillant will be held at the Maquoit cemetery in Brunswick on Sunday, June 23, 2013, at 1 p.m.

Sam passed away in February following a courageous battle with cancer. Sammi’jo passed away in September 2006 from complications related to an epileptic seizure. It was Sam’s wish to be buried with his daughter when he passed away.

Sam was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and will be buried with full military honors provided by the American Legion Post 202 in Topsham.
