HARMONY — Stephen R. Holcomb, 58, died peacefully, following a period of declining health, on Monday, May 27, 2013, at Togus VA Medical Center.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta.
