The South Portland and Cape Elizabeth TRIAD will be offering a free community forum discussing living wills and medical directives Thursday, Sept. 26 from 2-3 p.m. at the Cape Elizabeth fire station, located at 2 Jordan Way Jane Mullen from Jones, Rich and Hutchens funeral home will lead the discussion. All community members are welcome to attend.
Light refreshments will be served and parking will be available in the rear of the building. The South Portland/Cape Elizabeth TRIAD is made up of Cape Elizabeth and South Portland senior citizens, police, and community members who work together to address problems faced by older citizens.
