CLAREMONT, N.H. — A man and a woman in Claremont, N.H., are accused of sexually abusing two young children and making child pornography.
Kevin Blood and his wife, Ashley Blood, both 25, were arrested on Dec. 5.
Police said the alleged assaults took place at their apartment sometime in November.
The Eagle-Times reports the couple declined to have a probable cause hearing in their respective cases Monday. Their cases now go to the Sullivan County Superior Court in Newport for consideration by a grand jury for possible indictments.
The Bloods are charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault and manufacturing images of child sexual abuse. Kevin Blood also is charged with falsifying evidence.
