FALMOUTH — Sami Shoebottom scored three goals Saturday night and undefeated Scarborough came away with a 6-0 victory against Falmouth in a schoolgirl hockey game at Family Ice.

Elizabeth Gross and Alyssa Hulst added one goal and two assists apiece for Scarborough (14-0), which scored three times in both the first and second periods.

Devan Kane made 19 saves to earn the shutout. Ally Hurdman stopped 16 shots for Falmouth. (9-5)

GREELY 5, YARMOUTH/FREEPORT 1: Victoria Lattanzi scored three of the four second-period goals for the Rangers (9-3) against Yarmouth (9-3-1) at Yarmouth.

Sarah Kurland finished with two goals and Nica Todd made 27 saves for Greely.

YORK 3, CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE 2: Emma Ford scored a power-play goal from Kendall Carr with 1:56 left, lifting the Wildcats (3-9-1) over the Capers (6-7).

Mackenzie Mallett scored twice for York. Hannah Bosworth and Kathryn Clark answered for the Capers.

BOYS’ HOCKEY

MT. ARARAT/LISBON 5, SOUTH PORTLAND 2: Tyler Halls scored two goals to lead Mt. Ararat/Lisbon (6-6) over South Portland (4-4) at Portland.

Jason Kenney added a goal and an assist for Mt. Ararat/Lisbon, which scored four times in the first period.

Phil Densmore and Kyle Halvorsen scored for South Portland (4-4).

KENNEBUNK 3, CAPE ELIZABETH 2: Bryce Fraser opened the second period with a pair of goals to give Kennebunk (6-2-1) a 3-1 lead against the Capers (2-7-1) at Portland.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

ISLESBORO 38, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 15: Krystal Randlett scored 16 points to lead the Eagles (9-2) past Greater Portland Christian (4-7) at Islesboro.

Ashlee Dawson scored 10 for the Lions.

WELLS 53, TRAIP ACADEMY 20: The Warriors (11-1) celebrated raising $33,000 for York Hospital during their fifth annual Breast Cancer Awareness game by beating Traip Academy (2-8) at Wells.

Jordan Agger scored all seven of her points during Wells’ game-opening 21-2 run. Alison Furness, with nine points, led a balanced Warriors offense.

BOOTHBAY REGION 68, CARRABEC 36: John Hepburn scored a game-high 21 points to pace the Seahawks (12-1) over the Cobras (2-11) at Boothbay Harbor.

Evan Hepburn added 13 points for Boothbay.

WELLS 64, TRAIP ACADEMY 52: Jake Moody made four 3-pointers and went 10 of 12 from the foul line while scoring a game-high 34 points for the Warriors (3-8) against the Rangers (2-10) at Kittery.

Chris Carney added 14 points for Wells, which led 34-21 at halftime.

HYDE 69, SACOPEE VALLEY 34: Evander Lenardson scored 16 points to lead a balanced offense for the Phoenix (7-1) against the Hawks (2-8) at South Hiram.

Warsame Mohamed added seven points, eight assists and seven rebounds for Hyde, which took a 17-5 lead at the end of the first quarter.

ISLESBORO 69, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 29: Forrest Boucher scored 17 points, and Avery Grindle added 13 as the Eagles (6-5) downed Greater Portland Christian (1-10) at Islesboro.

Jeremiah Hammond scored nine and David Davol eight for the Lions.
