I have never been a huge fan of Time Warner, but for the last 10 years I have spent most of the winter in Naples, Fla., which is served by Comcast.

I can tell you from firsthand knowledge that customer service from Comcast is an oxymoron. They are horrible! Time Warner is angelic by comparison.

I recently saw the results of a survey that asked people which U.S. company they hated most, and Comcast got 49 percent of the votes out of thousands of businesses that could have been named.

I certainly hope Comcast is not allowed to take over Time Warner’s operations. I’d prefer the opposite!
