As the November election draws near, it’s clear that Mainers need leaders like state Sen. Eloise Vitelli, D-Arrowsic, who are creative, experienced and will put economic opportunity and jobs ahead of ideology.

During her term representing Senate District 19, Vitelli has served on the Workforce and Economic Future Committee, which developed a bond program to support small businesses by making capital available for Maine innovators and entrepreneurs.

She has been active in the field of entrepreneurship training since 1983 when she coordinated the Women’s Business Survival Skills Project, one of seven pilot projects funded by the Small Business Administration.

She has been a strong leader who has fought for jobs and a robust economy and will stand up to the anti-working people agenda of the LePage administration. She will get my vote come this November in the new Senate District 23.
