Football preview show Thursday

Forecaster Sports Editor Michael Hoffer will join Kalle Oakes of the Sun Journal and Travis Lee on Channel 8’s high school football preview show Thursday at 7 p.m. The show will focus on the upcoming season, including local players and teams, and will lead into the final New England Patriots preseason game.

Portland Porpoises beginning new season
