LEWISTON (AP) — Authorities want to question the boyfriend of a pregnant woman who was struck and killed by a sport utility vehicle in Lewiston.

State police and Lewiston police say 32-year-old Laudrinha Kubeloso was fatally injured Tuesday afternoon. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

She was four months pregnant and had moved from Angola to Lewiston during the past year.

Authorities say Kubeloso’s boyfriend, a 33-year-old Lewiston man, is believed to have been the driver of the blue 2001 Suzuki SUV that struck her.
