AUBURN — The Brunswick High School freshman football team dropped its first game of the season with a 40-12 setback against Edward Little on Thursday.

The Dragons fell to 3-1 and hosts Leavitt this upcoming Thursday.

Against the Red Eddies, Forrest Blankenship led the offense with two long touchdown runs, with key blocks from Tommy Steinman and Dalton Dickey.

David Gordon led the Brunswick defense with aggressive play.
