“Hour of Power,” 7 p.m., Ignite, a new Catholic young adult ministry group in Portland, will host Bishop Robert Deeley in the chapel at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland. Meditation classes and practice begins this week at noon Wednesdays and at 7 p.m. Thursdays with Buddhist teacher Clare Morin.
