Stan Scribner, head diamond setter at Cross Jewelers, started working as an apprentice at Cross Jewelers 42 years ago, as a junior in high school. He does it for the pleasure of building. “When It’s all done you have something to look at, something you can be proud of.” Scribner said. “My favorite part (of the job) is when the customer looks at the piece and says it looks better than they envisioned.”
