I bet some of the others with conservation interests just may be able to do the same thing! We’ll just show you, by golly we will. Just watch us.
I betcha if this catches on, the good people of Maine won’t need to go in debt and will just learn to pay cash up front when they want something bad enough.
Hmmm … Good work, Governor. I just hope other people get the point.
