A 17-year-old male juvenile from Portland was arrested Oct. 3 on Gallery Boulevard on a charge of shoplifting.

Brett Battista, 52, of 11 Thomas Drive, Scarborough, was arrested Oct. 3 on Hannaford Drive on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol.

Annastasia Castro, 38, of 46 Maple Ave., was arrested Oct. 3 on Payne Road on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol and three charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
