Charlie Hewitt’s “Portland Rattle” now graces Congress Street with its fabulous energy and color.
We are lucky to have this wonderful sculpture, and would like to thank Charlie Hewitt and Ed Gardner for this contribution to Portland.
Ed’s commitment to bringing art to the public is a model we would like to see all developers follow.
