Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union hired three employees for its team.
Stephanie Hatch was hired as a teller at the Kennebunk branch. Taylor Williams and Kristine Bernier were hired as call center representatives for the credit union’s Sanford branch.

Byrne, of Cumberland, comes to Norton with a strong IT background as founder and president of Cogent Information Systems / EZBackup.com for 14 years. He was previously with Commonwealth Financial Network as manager of field technology.

Jordan Emery, of Skowhegan, joined as a staff member in the tax practice. Emery completed accounting courses at the University of Maine.
Jacqueline Guerin, of Sanford, was hired as a paraprofessional in the tax practice. Guerin attends York County Community College working toward her degree in business.

Kristie Krouse joined as an administrative assistant in the operations department. Krouse serves as treasurer for the Gorham Cooperative Preschool and a board volunteer for the Southern Maine Youth Hockey Association.

Roshay Reddy, of Boston, was hired as a senior in the tax practice. Reddy earned a master’s degree in accounting in 2009 from Vanderbilt University.
Nicole Shaffer, of Gorham, was hired as a proposal coordinator in the marketing department. Shaffer earned her degree in advertising/public relations and history from Pennsylvania State University.

Baker Newman Noyes recently announced 13 promotions and eight new hires in its Portland office.
Adam Aucoin, Drew Blaney, Kelly Bristol, Dan Gayer and Remy Vazquez were promoted to managers in the firm’s tax practice.
Aucoin, of Buxton, joined the firm in 2012.
Blaney, of Boothbay Harbor, earned a master’s degree in taxation from Bentley University.
Bristol, of Skowhegan, earned a master’s degree in business administration from Thomas College.
Gayer, of Cape Elizabeth, specializes in closely-held businesses, with a focus on complex federal and state tax issues.
Vazquez, of Lake Worth, Florida, is a member of the firm’s estate and gift tax practice. Vazquez specializes in income and estate tax planning and compliance.
Pamela Cook was promoted to senior manager in the health-care consulting practice. Cook specializes in reimbursement services for hospitals, rural health clinics and physician groups.
Tiffany Edwards was promoted to senior manager in the audit practice. Edwards specializes in the commercial and hospitality industries, as well as employee benefit plan clients.
Courtney Francis, of Caribou, was promoted to senior in the tax practice. Francis joined the firm in October 2014.
Josie Hajdysz was promoted to senior accounting coordinator in the finance department.
Greg Knight, of Portland, was promoted to senior in the health-care consulting practice. Knight specializes in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for hospitals.
Josh Lapierre, of Freeport, was promoted to senior manager in the tax practice. Lapierre has been with the firm since 2010, having previously interned at BNN in 2009.
Stephanie Richio and Dianne Rodrigue were promoted to managers in the firm’s health-care consulting practice.
Richio, of Cape Elizabeth, specializes in reimbursement services for hospitals, rural health clinics and physicians’ groups. She has been with the firm since 2008.
Rodrigue specializes in medical chart auditing, clinical documentation improvement and provider education.

Julie Wagoner, of Yarmouth, was promoted to senior vice president – community development and commercial lending. Wagoner has been with Bath Savings for 15 years.

Brian Ballute

Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution promoted Brian Ballute and Stephanie Paquet to vice presidents and DeAnn Lewis to assistant vice president.
Ballute, of Saco, joined SBSI in 2012 as an assistant treasurer. Ballute previously served as a senior associate auditor at KMPG in Boston.
