2/26 at 8:12 a.m. Jesse L. Mitchell, 20, of Basin Cove, Harpswell, was arrested on Stovers Cove Road by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy Todd McGee on charges of violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.
