3/25 at 1:34 a.m. Ronald W. Goad, 29, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on charges of domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence reckless conduct and stealing drugs. 

3/26 at 1:41 a.m. Derek M. Bernard, 19, of Bar Harbor, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

3/26 at 3:26 a.m. Hamza I. Hassan, 29, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

3/26 at 3:51 p.m. Lanishia McCrory, 24, of Milton, Massachusetts, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer David Stailing on a charge of engaging in prostitution. 

3/26 at 3:51 p.m. Keith D. Pomare, 36, of Mattapan, Massachusetts, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by officer David Stailing on a charge of promoting prostitution. 

3/26 at 9:34 p.m. Daniel LeStage, 43, of Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Jeff Warren on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

3/27 at 1:48 a.m. Matthew Smith, 22, of Winthrop, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/29 at 10:09 p.m. Alan Cooper, 33, of South Portland, was arrested on Cannon Road by Officer Ryan Le on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

3/30 at 7:32 p.m. Oscar R. Pedroso, 45, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jeff Warren on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

4/1 at 12:14 a.m. John E. Holman, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Caleb Gray on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

4/1 at 1:36 a.m. Derek K. Baillie, 28, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Willow Street by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

4/1 at 10:13 a.m. John E. Holman, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of violating conditions of release.

3/30 at 8:30 a.m. Rebecca Hooper, 29, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Minott Street by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

3/30 at 2:18 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Highland Avenue by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of terrorizing.

3/31 at 5:59 p.m. Halima Umutoni, 28, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Jesse Peasley on a charge of operating without a license. 

4/1 at 1:44 p.m. Pamela Wildes, 61, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
