With continued revenue growth in the triple digits over its three-year history, SaviLinx at Brunswick Landing is making another 130 jobs available.

In March, the contact center located at the former Navy Quarterdeck announced 200 new jobs, in addition to its original workforce of 100.

Owner Heather Blease, a Brunswick native, said that despite some businesses having difficulty staffing their companies, she has yet to feel the pinch.

“We have not had any difficulty finding great people to join the SaviLinx team. I believe our employee-centric attitude helps us create an environment where folks enjoy coming to work,” Blease said.

Part of that employee centric attitude includes resident pets, personalized workspaces and $16.50 an hour pay and benefit compensation. Since SaviLinx deals with the government, they have to provide compensation according to federal standards.

Blease in March said she did not believe Wayfair’s plans for a 500- employee call center at Brunswick Landing would make hiring more difficult at SaviLinx. Blease said the two companies are different enough. Wayfair, an online home furnishing retailer, is concerned with sales positions. Meanwhile, SaviLinx, as characterized by Blease, is involved with problem-solving.

Positions being offered are in customer service, quality assurance and technical support.

“When we launched SaviLinx in 2013 in Brunswick, we knew we were well positioned to grow,” Blease said. “We have such fantastic individuals on our team — especially our agents that are helping people through challenges all day with empathy and a smile.”

Blease credited the dedication of her employees with the rapid growth of the company. She said her team has worked very hard to earn this latest contract, making the jobs available.

“We have built SaviLinx to be a partner that helps our customers get the results they need,” Blease said. “It is so gratifying when a customer shows their support by expanding their scope of work with us.”

Blease encourages anyone interested in a position to contact them through their website. Training for new employees is expected to take place throughout October.
