Timothy Woodhouse … of Cribstone Capital Management in Brunswick

Cribstone Capital Management, an independent investment advisory firm based in Maine, recently announced the addition of Timothy Woodhouse to its staff.

Based in Brunswick, Woodhouse will be director, private client services for Cribstone. His responsibilities will include managing the financial affairs of key relationships for the firm, as well as developing new relationships.

He joins Cribstone from Camden National Wealth Management, formerly known as Acadia Trust, where he served as senior vice president, director of trust services. In this role, Woodhouse led a team of professionals who oversaw the delivery of the firm’s investment management advice, personal trust and fiduciary services for high net-worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations.

Scott Upham, managing partner and director of wealth management, co-founded Cribstone Capital Management in May 2015 with partner and investment strategist Odette Galli, and partner and financial adviser John Duffy. Cribstone Capital Management is a member of the Dynasty Network of independent advisory firms.

Woodhouse has more than 18 years of investment, trust, tax and estate planning experience. He is a certified public accountant and is a licensed attorney in Maine.

He serves on the board of directors of the Maine Estate Planning Council, and is a member of the Maine Medical Center Planned Giving Committee. In addition, Woodhouse dedicates time to Shalom House, Inc., a nonprofit providing housing and services to adults with severe mental illness. He is a member of the Maine Bar Association and the Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Woodhouse is a graduate of the University of Maine, Orono, and the University of Maine, School of Law. He lives in South Portland.
