WESTBROOK — Zac Manoogian scored with 1.7 seconds left Tuesday night to give Westbrook a 41-39 victory against Sanford in an SMAA boys’ basketball game at Warren Gym.

Manoogian led Westbrook (12-4) with 14 points. Jeremiah Alado added nine.

Ethan Belanger led Sanford (6-9) with 10 points, including a basket to make it 39-39 before Manoogian’s winner.

Brad Bouchard and Frank Veino each added nine points for Sanford.

GREELY 58, CAPE ELIZABETH 41: The Rangers (15-0) used a 31-13 run in the middle quarters to take a 43-27 lead and defeat the Capers (10-5) at Cape Elizabeth.

Matt McDevitt led Greely with 20 points. Ryan Twitchell added 15.

WAYNFLETE 53, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 45: The Flyers (10-5) held the Seagulls (6-9) to three points in the second quarter to open a 27-17 lead at Portland.

After that 19-3 run, Waynflete used a 16-9 advantage in the third quarter to make it 43-26.

KENNEBUNK 53, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 44: Cameron Lovejoy scored 20 of his game-high 26 points in the second half as the Rams (6-9) pulled away from the Raiders (8-7) at Kennebunk.

Lovejoy hit four 3-pointers, and Kyle Pasieniuk and Zackary Sullivan each added six points for Kennebunk, which outscored Fryeburg Academy 16-11 in the third quarter to lead 34-27. Ryan Hewes scored 14 points to pace the Raiders.

GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 54, HIGHVIEW CHRISTIAN 28: Jeremy Daigneault scored 14 points to lead the Lions (2-13) past the Knights (1-15) at South Portland.

Jeremiah Hammond and Ethan Spaulding each scored 12 points for the Lions, who took a 30-7 halftime lead. Jeffrey Macomber led the Knights with 11 points.

RANGELEY 52, PINE TREE ACADEMY 46: Kyle LaRochelle scored 19 points and Carl Trafton added 11 as the Lakers (5-10) downed the Breakers (5-8) at Fairfield.

Alex Schlisner added 13 points and Billy Alcime had 12 for Pine Tree.

WELLS 52, YORK 48: Owen Berry hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 38 seconds to play and Matt Sherbourne added a pair of free throws to ice it as the Warriors (11-4) edged the Wildcats (9-7) at Wells.

The score was 28-28 at halftime and York led 40-38 after three quarters.

BOOTHBAY REGION 78, DIRIGO 37: Kyle Ames, Carter Babcock and Elijah Gudroe each scored 15 points as the Seahawks (9-7) downed the Cougars (4-12) at Dixfield.

DEERING 51, BONNY EAGLE 35: The Rams (11-4) opened on a 16-4 run and steadily pulled way from the Scots (6-10) at Standish.

Machar Mguany had 16 points to pace Deering, Ben Onek chipped in with 12 points, and Jean Claude Butera and Emmanuel Chikuta each tossed in eight.

POLAND 61, FREEPORT 57: Nate Chouinard scored 23 of his 32 points in the first half as the Knights (5-10) built a 28-22 halftime lead and held off the Falcons (5-10) at Freeport. Colby Wagner and Eriksen Shea each had 12 points for Freeport.

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 56, VALLEY 54: Jet Archer gave the Guardians (10-6) the lead for good with a jumper in the final minute to defeat the Cavaliers (10-5) at Bingham.

BIDDEFORD 82, MARSHWOOD 47: Kyle Norton scored 14 of his game-high 19 points in the first half and the Tigers (7-8) finished with 16 3-pointers to defeat the Hawks (5-10) at Biddeford.

WINTHROP 89, WISCASSET 58: Jacob Hickey scored 25 points as the Ramblers (16-0) defeated the Wolverines (9-8) at Winthrop.

A.R. GOULD 75, SACOPEE VALLEY 47: John Clement scored a game-high 16 points as the Bears (13-2) beat the Hawks (3-13) at South Portland.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 55, LINCOLN ACADEMY 43: Kyle Donlin scored 18 points to lead the Panthers (15-0) over the Eagles (6-9) at Waldoboro.
