SACO — Therese A. Cadorette, 90, of Saco and formerly of Biddeford, died Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Seal Rock Health Care.

She was born Dec. 28, 1926 in Biddeford, second youngest of the 11 children of Rosaire and Georgianna (Laflamme) Rheault. Therese was educated in Biddeford.

On Aug. 31, 1946, she married Raynald Cadorette in St. Andre’s Church.

She had been employed at Bates Mfg. Co. for a few years and then at West Point Pepperell until it closed in 1975. She then worked at White Star Laundry for several years and finally at Nike Shoe until she retired in 1987 to care for her husband.

Therese enjoyed family activities including camping trips and cake baking.

She was preceded in death by: Raynald, her husband of 41 years, on Oct. 18, 1987; and nine brothers and sisters.

She is survived by: two sons, Raymond Cadorette and his wife, Judith, and Donald Cadorette and his wife, Virginia, a daughter, Lorraine Gilbert and her husband, Charles, all of Biddeford; a sister, Cecile Poissant, of Waterboro;

five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday at St. Anne’s Chapel of St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
