MIDCOAST MAINE’S GOT TALENT returns to the Crooker Theater in Brunswick Friday at 7 p.m.

Midcoast Maine’s Got Talent 2017 is slated to feature 16 contestants at at the Crooker Theater in Brunswick on Friday at 7 p.m. Kathi Kacinski from the Maine State Music Theatre will serve as the emcee, judges include Stew Guernsey from Yarmouth, Melissa Willey from the Scarborough Dance Center, and soprano Mary Sullivan. The audience votes for the winner from the top three chosen by the judges.

Competing for the top spot will be vocalists John Cross, Jacqueline de Lasso, Nathaniel Spofford, Sierra Wallace, Violet Frizzle, Logan and Alexis Gillis, Karen Gray, Gemma Caswell, Juliet Frizzle and Brian Pelletier. Miss Annabelle’s dancers, the Studio 48 Performance Team, Harmony Buonito and Eliza Rudalevige will dance and Claude Boning will play the saw.

This is the sixth year that The Rotary Club of Brunswick has sponsored this community event which benefits a scholarship program for graduating high school seniors as well as supporting the Bike Rodeo and the 4th of July Games on the Mall.

Tickets will be available at the door but can also be purchased in advance at Riley’s Insurance on Maine Street, Indrani’s in the Tontine Mall or Shaw’s at Cook’s Corner.
