Re: the May 9 Associated Press story “Bumble Bee Foods to pay fine in price-fix” (Page C1):
Rather than have them pay a fine, why don’t we require them to lower their cost to consumers?
The fine amount can be averaged over a five-year period, so the people who have been paying for this “price-fix” get reimbursed.
