I’ve been following politics in America for many years, both professionally and personally, and I’ve seen and heard more than I needed to. The limit, in my opinion, was reached in Europe, when the president of the United States put his hand on a foreign leader and pushed him out of the way so America’s King could have a front-row position for a group photo.

I was stunned until a short time later, when I read his reaction to a congressional election victory in Montana for a Republican who allegedly assaulted a reporter: a “great win.” I have no doubt his supporters will again agree with him.
