STARC SYSTEMS CEO BRUCE BICKFORD at his company’s new facility at Brunswick Landing, during a tour on Tuesday. The company, which had been based in a garage a little more than three years ago, is the first company to have graduated out of TechPlace, a shared workspace and technology hub that opened in 2015 and is just down the road on Orion Street from Starc’s new manufacturing facility.
