Due to Monday’s storm, some towns decided to postpone all Halloween activities until Friday, including Brunswick’s annual parade. Topsham officials also urged all families to also postpone their trick or treating until Friday as well, due to a concern that there may be areas still difficult or dangerous to access Tuesday night.
