SOUTH BERWICK — Noelle Barrett and Natalie Herbold each had eight points to pace a balanced attack as Marshwood beat Maine Girls’ Academy on Tuesday, 50-28.

The Hawks, who improve to 16-1 with the win, used a 15-8 scoring edge in the third quarter to break open the game.

Kara Anderson and Nathalie Clavette each added six points for Marshwood.

Catherine Reid had 14 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, to lead Maine Girls’ Academy (13-4).

SCARBOROUGH 57, THORNTON ACADEMY 38: Sophie Glidden scored 10 of her 16 points in the second half as the Red Storm (14-3) downed the Trojans (5-12) in Saco.

Isabella Dickinson added 12 for Scarborough, which took a 25-18 halftime lead.

Alexandra Hart scored 19 points with three 3-pointers for Thornton.

SACOPEE VALLEY 42, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 38: Haiden Sawyer scored 22 points to lead the Hawks (3-14) over the Panthers (10-7) in Yarmouth.

Kylie Day added nine points for Sacopee Valley.

Margaret Larson scored 21 points for NYA, connecting on four 3-pointers.

BONNY EAGLE 47, MASSABESIC 32: Mia Ferrante scored 16 points with 10 rebounds, Mackenzie Emery had nine points, seven assists and four steals, and the Scots (14-3) rolled past the Mustangs (3-14) in Waterboro.

Mckenzy Ouellette scored a game-high 18 points, hitting four 3-pointers for Massabesic.

Deirdre Sanborn added seven points for the Scots, who took a 28-13 lead at halftime.

FALMOUTH 38, WESTBROOK 26: Grace Dimick scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Yachtsmen (5-12) over the Blue Blazes (2-15) in Falmouth.

Grace Soucy added 11 points for Falmouth.

Mikayla Van Zandt scored 16 points for Westbrook, hitting two 3-pointers.

SANFORD 61, KENNEBUNK 33: The Spartans (4-13) led 33-14 at the half and went on to defeat the Rams (9-8) in Kennebunk.

Paige Cote led Sanford with 16 points. Julia Allen added 15, making three 3-pointers.

CHEVERUS 45, DEERING 37: Lauren Jordan scored 12 points and the Stags (11-6) used a 35-20 second-half advantage to rally past the Rams (7-10) in Portland.

Abby Cavallaro and Emme Poulin each added 11 points for Cheverus.

Delaney Haines scored 13 points for Deering.

LAKE REGION 43, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 21: Chandler True scored 14 points as the Lakers (12-5) cruised past the Raiders (0-17) in Naples.

Lauren Jakobs added eight points for Lake Region, which jumped out to a 15-2 in the first quarter.

Zoe Bodwell and Patricia Inirio each scored four points for Fryeburg.

BRUNSWICK 37, EDWARD LITTLE 36: Charlotte MacMillan hit the winning basket with 10 seconds to play in regulation as the Dragons (17-0) squeaked past the host Red Eddies (11-6) at Auburn.

Jade Perry had a chance at the buzzer for Edward Little but it rattled out.

Marley Groat led the way for Brunswick with 13 points, while Sabrina Armstrong had 12 points.

Perry led all players with 20 points for the Eddies.

CONY 47, MORSE 38: Sarah Caron scored 14 points to lead the Rams to a Class A victory over the Shipbuilders in Bath.

Cari Hopkins scored 12 points, while Allee Cloutier added nine points for Cony (2-15).

Marissa Parks led Morse (3-14) with 16 points.

MADISON 49, HALL-DALE 35: Lauren Hay scored 23 points and Sydney LeBlanc added 14 as Hall-Dale (5-13) won in Madison.

RANGELEY 41, TEMPLE 34: Natasha Haley scored 21 points to lead the Lakers to the Class D win in Waterville.

Brooke Egan added eight points for Rangeley (16-2). Deleyni Carr led Temple (11-7) with 12 points.
