Charlie Kahill would be an outstanding Cumberland County judge of probate. We were on track teams together at Deering High School and Bowdoin College, and he is now running for that office.
I know Charlie as a lifelong friend, experienced attorney and active member of his community in South Portland. Much of his legal practice has involved wills, adoptions, guardianships, trusts and litigation handled by the probate office.
As judge of probate, he would be a kind, fair and knowledgeable decision maker with an unmatched capacity to help resolve the difficult family conflicts often on the court’s agenda. I support him enthusiastically, and I will vote for him in the June 12 Democratic primary.
