Regarding school shootings:
The slogan “If you see something, say something” is so right!
Particularly, junior and senior students in high school are well aware of unusual, strange actions of others and should be able to talk with a designated adult at the school, i.e., a vice principal, guidance director or other adult individual (in confidence).
Dress codes also should be enforced!
