What are you looking for in a candidate? Do you want someone with a common-sense approach and an ability to listen? Someone who will work to bolster the middle class?
Jeremy Mele, a Democrat running for state representative in House District 19 (Sanford/Springvale), is such a candidate. He will work for the expansion of health insurance for all, as voted for by Maine voters. He will fight against the dangerous trend of concentrating wealth in the hands of a very few individuals. Concentrating wealth among the very few weakens the economy – it does not strengthen it. To reverse this current trend, everyone needs to register and vote.
Being intentionally uninformed and apathetic only helps fulfill someone else’s plan for our economy. Please support progressive candidates for the sake of our country.
