THE PEOPLE PLUS MAH-JONGG CLUB players meet weekly at the center on Union Street Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 9 a.m. to noon. Mah-Jongg is a Chinese tile game played by four people whose object is to collect winning sets of the tiles. The club is hopeful to welcome new players, even beginners. Other activities at the center include cribbage, foreign language clubs, writing group, technology classes and exercise classes.
