11/5 at 5:19 p.m. Dana A. Henderson, 43, of Portland, was arrested on Congress Street by Officer Erik Richard on charges of public drinking and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

11/5 at 7:06 p.m. James M. Laliberty, 58, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested on North Street by Officer Erik Richard on a charge of aggravated assault.

11/6 at 8:04 p.m. Fakhareldin N. Adam, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Riverside Drive by Officer Jonathan Lackee on a charge of violating conditions of probation.
