The Westbrook American reported on Jan. 21, 1959, that AN Bernard Golder of Westbrook sailed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger bound for the Far East from California.
Mr. and Mrs. James Gillchrest with their two daughters and a son were new residents on the Old Shaw Road in Gorham.
