BATH — For the first time in nearly a year and a half, the Main Street Bath organization has someone permanent in the director’s chair.

Amanda Stanley of Topsham started in that role Monday, following four years as a workforce and business services representative with Goodwill Industries of Northern New England. Prior to that, she was an advertising and marketing executive for Dispatch Magazine and an advertising executive with Portland Magazine.

Jake Korb left Main Street Bath in 2017 after two years. The director’s role had since been filled on an interim basis by Mari Eosco, a former director and the chairwoman of the City Council.
