BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from June 30 to July 4:
• Noah R. Hutchins, 18, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for illegally transporting drugs by a minor.
• Patrick J. Costello, 55, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Christina L. Barrington-Martineau, 50, of Greene, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Derek K. Robida, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Staci L. Lozo, 45, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Jonathan E. Davis, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and a probation hold.
• Jason M. Provencher, 44, of Biddeford, was arrested for on an outstanding warrant.
• Vanthanh Larnerd, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Montana S. Stewart, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Michael Lakowicz, 35, of Kittery, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combo) and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
