OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from June 10 to June 22.
• Lars Sterling, 46, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Stephen Tracy, 19, of Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor, violating bail conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
• Donna Pound, 65, of Lyman, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with operating with a suspended registration.
• Jonathan Hunnewell, 36, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release.
• Kimberly Savage, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle more than 150 days.
• Joseph Liebowitz, 26, of Winslow, was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting public urination in public or outdoors.
• Katherine Singer, 42, of Northhampton, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
• Thomes, 19, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for posession of less than 1.25 ounce of marijuana by someone under 21 years of age and transporting liquor by a minor.
• Wilson Radulski, 24, of Tempe, Arizona was issued a summons for drinking in public and violating bail conditions of release.
• Sarah-Maude Durand-Audy, 23, of 465 Rue Jacques, Windsor, Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Andrew Merriam, 20, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for a minor trasporting liquor.
• Andrea Smothers, 20, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons and charged with a minor having false identification.
• Fortier, 22, of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Jean-Christopher Asselin, 22, of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Chandler Collette, 23, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons and operating a vehicle without a license.
• Heather Andrews, 52, of Old Orchard Beach, was isssued a summons for drinking in public.
• Holly Andrews, 49, of Boston, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Kirsten Coyne, 36, of Saratoga Springs, New York was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Christopher Orapello, 33, of Saratoga Springs, New York was was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Sarah Boucher, 54, of Fryeburg, Maine was arrested with domestic violence assault.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
