This letter is written in support of Whitney Bruce, who is running for reelection to the Falmouth School Board.
I have known Whitney for two years. During that time, she ran for and was elected to the Falmouth School Board. She participated in a superintendent search, as well as working through difficult times caused by the pandemic. These have not been easy times to work on a school board and Whitney has demonstrated her skill, perseverance, dedication and knowledge throughout her first term.
Times like these require School Board members to be caring, intelligent and hardworking. Whitney has all of these attributes. She is dedicated to improving the schools and her experience in selecting a superintendent will be an advantage as the district moves forward with the process. I highly recommend Whitney Bruce for a second term on the Falmouth School Board.
