Patrick Richard Millington

WINDHAM – Patrick Richard Millington, 64, passed away peacefully on Feb. 17, 2022, with family by his side. Patrick was born in Worcester, Mass., son of Richard J. Millington and Dorothea A. (Feeney) Millington. Patrick moved to Maine during middle school and went on to graduate from Cheverus High School in Portland. He attended Southern Maine Community College majoring in Electronic Engineering. After college, Pat was employed by Pine State Elevator, followed by Otis Elevator Co. for over 25 years. He started, Spectrum Elevator LLC where he worked until earning his retirement.Pat enjoyed sports, especially baseball, jet skiing, and attending the race track with his brother, Chris. Pat had a passion for tinkering, building, constructing and reconstructing anything. Pat was always up on the latest news and current events and loved engaging in political discussions!His three children and four grandchildren were his greatest joy. He loved picking out the perfect gifts for each of them. Dropping off Tony’s Donuts, pastries and special cake mixes for the kids is a memory that will forever be cherished. Pat is predeceased by his parents, Richard J. Millington and Dorothea A Millington; Sister, Donna Millington; Brother, P. Christopher Millington. He is survived by Sisters; Deborah and husband Robert Watts; Dorothea and husband Henry T Orlando Jr; and Marytracey and husband Alan Jensen. Along with many nieces and nephews. Pat is survived by his loving children, Daughter; Jennifer and husband Joel Arnold of Longmeadow, Mass.; daughter Trish and husband Nathan Metivier of Falmouth; and son Douglas Millington of Portland. Pat was blessed with his beautiful grandchildren; Jack and Jordan Arnold; and Lola and Maddox Metivier.
