Karin Shupe will be an outstanding new member of the Scarborough Town Council and I encourage voters to support her. Karin is hardworking, smart and direct. As a working parent, Karin is skilled at juggling multiple priorities. This also means she understands the importance of the schools within our community.
I have served with Karin on the town’s community services and recreation advisory board, so I know firsthand that she is committed to public service and motivated to make positive changes to meet the current and future needs of the town.
The recent citizen survey showed that Scarborough residents are pleased with our school system and town services. I know that Karin will do everything she can as a town councilor to make things even better.
