About the panel:

Dan Reed is a serial entrepreneur and marketing consultant with a background in video marketing, social media strategy, and co-marketing. Last fall he joined SCORE to manage and improve SCORE Maine’s approach to marketing and technology. Dan is also a board member of the Portland Media Center.


Izzy Siedman joined flyte new media after moving to Portland in 2020, a city that is affably similar to her beloved Burlington, Vermont, with the added benefit of ocean air and fresh seafood. With a degree in English and a background in the nonprofit sector, she carries a curiosity for all things communications. From social media and email newsletters to website management and SEO, Izzy is involved.

Nathan O’Leary is the Founder of Mainely SEO, a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in the hospitality & tourism industries, as well as product launches for e-commerce businesses.

With over 20 years of experience as a digital marketer, Nathan leads his all-star team with creativity and enthusiasm. As an engaging speaker and consultant, Nathan is actively involved in several organizations, vital to Maine entrepreneurs and the local business community. He’s a certified mentor of the Portland, Maine SCORE chapter, where he holds regular educational workshops, presentations and 1-on-1 coaching. 

As a serial entrepreneur, Nathan also owns and manages two other Portland and Maine focused businesses; and CrateFull of Maine. combines a website and social media presence dedicated to keeping residents and tourists up to speed on local news and events. CrateFull of Maine features bespoke gift boxes packed full of locally made products from beloved Maine companies and local makers.

When he’s not working Nathan enjoys time with his family, including an adorable infant daughter, and getting outside for mountain biking, skiing. Work occasionally takes over as Nathan also can be commonly found registering new domain names for his next big idea.
