R.M. Davis, a wealth management firm in Portland, promoted seven employees: Dean Walker, to chief operating officer; George Carr, managing director, portfolio management; Vince Damasco, managing director, investment research; Bob Davis, managing director, portfolio management; Natalie Solotoff, managing director, wealth management; Michele Whitmore, managing director, client Service; and Drew Blaney, vice president, finance. Several officers have received managing director titles: Hugh Judge, managing director, portfolio management; Dana Mitiguy, managing director, portfolio management; and Denise Vigneault, managing director, human resources.

Tom Womersley was hired by KeyBank as senior middle market relationship manager for their Maine Commercial Banking team in Portland. Womersley has been a senior vice president of the leveraged finance group at Jefferies, an investment company in New York City and has worked with various investment banking businesses in both New York and in London, UK.

Recognition
