Siblings Sean and Jamie Oshima, who perform as the act Oshima Brothers, share a sweet-as-pie look at their childhood with the music video to the instrumental track “Whitefield.”

Whitefield is the town in Maine where they grew up, and the home movie footage, shot by their father, shows the brothers as kids making a pirate ship from an enormous cardboard box.

The track itself is a soothing, delicate composition on electric guitar.

The album “Dark Nights Golden Days” was released last year and has a companion 45-minute film, which will be released online April 1.

You can see it on Friday at The Waldo Theater in Waldoboro. Sean and Jamie will be there talking about the making of the film, sharing behind-the-scenes footage and playing a couple of songs. Tickets here.
