Culinary bootcamp? What a great idea! However, the picture of the students watching the instructor (“Culinary crash course aims to feed need for Maine restaurant workers,” May 12) made me think it hasn’t been well thought out by either York County Community College or Hospitality Maine.
The first thing anyone working in a kitchen should be taught is not to have long hair dangling in your face. Just wearing a cap isn’t enough.
