Jonah Barstow, Kennebunk: Barstow rushed for 204 yards on 16 carries, including touchdown runs of 34 and 44 yards, as the Rams improved to 4-0 with a 28-6 victory over Deering.

Noah Carpenter, Leavitt: The senior quarterback set the tone in the Hornets’ 21-14 win over Oxford Hills with a 55-yard touchdown run on the third play from scrimmage. He finished with 112 yards rushing and threw a TD pass. Carpenter also had an interception and sealed the victory with a pass breakup. That’s not all. He made all three of his PATs, and three of his five punts went for 40-plus yards.

Colton Carter, Lawrence: Carter ran for 163 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries in a 40-7 victory at Cony. Altogether, the Bulldogs rushed for an astonishing 483 yards.

Terrell Edwards, Bonny Eagle: Edwards threw a 56-yard touchdown pass to Emmett St. Pierre and a 51-yard TD pass to Will Warner in a 36-0 win over Scarborough. Edwards also had two long TD runs – from 26 and 50 yards.

Eli Farias, Gardiner: Farias returned an interception 100 yards for the clinching touchdown in the fourth quarter as the Tigers earned a 35-26 victory at Edward Little.

William Haslam, Camden Hills: Haslam threw a touchdown pass to Cameron Lawrence with just over a minute left to lead the Windjammers to a 20-16 win over Mountain Valley. Camden Hills improved to 4-0 in the eight-man Large School division.

Damon Martin, Poland: Martin returned an interception 25 yards for a touchdown to start the scoring in a 22-2 win at Freeport. Poland is 4-0 for the first time in program history and has surrendered just eight points.

Lonnie Thomas Jr., Lewiston: Thomas threw a pair of long touchdown passes to Michael Caron – one for 55 yards, another for 51 – in a 21-14 victory over Bangor.
