Allie Sweetser scored on a penalty stroke with 2:40 left in regulation and finished with two goals as Falmouth slipped past Windham for a 3-2 field hockey win on Monday in Windham

The Navigators, who improved to 5-1 with the win, also got a goal from Macy Bush while Jenna Nunley made 11 saves in goal.

Ava Gerrity and Zocia LaWind each scored once for Windham (3-2). Olivia McPherson made six saves.

MARSHWOOD 2, THORNTON ACADEMY 0: Marina Friedman scored in the third quarter and Elle McDaniel added a goal in the fourth as the Hawks (3-4) beat the Trojans (1-6) in South Berwick.

YORK 3, ST. DOMINIC 0: Lindsay Rivers, Ava Brent and Bella Santini each scored for the Wildcats (5-2-1) in a win over the Saints (2-5) in Auburn.

Natalie Dickson made four saves in net for the shutout.


Mia Cote turned aside 16 shots for St. Dom’s.

BIDDEFORD 9, SOUTH PORTLAND/WESTBROOK 0: Ayla Lagasse posted four goals and two assists while Riley Langevin added three goals and two assists, powering the Tigers (5-2) past South Portland/Westbrook in Biddeford.

Emily Hussey scored her first career varsity goal for Biddeford. Eliza Doyon added a goal and Hannah Loranger tallied three assists.

WINSLOW 4, LINCOLN ACADEMY 0: Four different players scored as Winslow (1-6) picked up its first win of the season with a shutout of visiting Lincoln Academy (1-8).

Hannah Delile, Dalana Ferran, Hannah Daigneault and Kate Nichols each had a goal for the Black Raiders. Izzy Giguere added an assist while Dom Giroux-Pare made one save.

Livey Nolan stopped 10 shots for the Eagles.


DIRIGO 6, BOOTHBAY 0: Emily Woods had three goals and two assists – all in the second half –  to power the Cougars (4-1) over the Seahawks (1-6) in Dixfield.

Grace Averill and Diana Cayer also scored for Dirigo while Keira Kelley made one save for the shutout.

Cass Amaral stopped eight shots in net for Boothbay.


WELLS 2, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 0: Grace Badger netted a pair of second-half goals to lift the Warriors (5-2-1) over the Seagulls (3-5) in Old Orchard Beach.

Wells goalkeepers Savannah Tardiff and Hayden Meffert combined for four saves to notch the shutout.


Sarah Davis racked up 11 saves in net for OOB.

BONNY EAGLE 8, MASSABESIC 0: Taytum Lauziere and Madison Weeks each scored two goals, leading the Scots (3-4) to a win over the Mustangs (0-6-1) in Standish.

Elizabeth Hamilton, Gia Jalbert, Grace Estes and Abbey Laney also scored for Bonny Eagle. Brynn Tilburg made five saves in net for the shutout.

Ada Tassinari turned aside 18 shots for Massabesic.


SOUTH PORTLAND 3, WINDHAM 2: Ella Nickerson led the Red Riots (2-6) with five aces and eight kills in a five-set win over the Eagles (2-6) in Windham.

Ellie Arey had four kills and a block, while Meron Carlisle had four aces and four kills.
