The oversized headline on page A3 of the Oct. 15 Sunday Telegram read: “Investigation into Hunter Biden leading to ethical concerns about president, poll shows.”

The very size of the headline, along with the placement of the article in Sunday’s paper, provided unjustifiable credibility to “concerns” about President Biden. The entire history of the Hunter Biden investigations are based on the hyped-up, right-wing, continuous insinuation that the president has acted corruptly. The article referred to opinions of “two-thirds of Republicans” and quoted an Idaho individual who was clearly enthralled with the national media source that publishes anti-Biden misinformation 24 hours per day.

Even if there was any newsworthiness in this poll, it was disappointing to see the prominence your paper provided it.
