LEBANON — Emergency workers responded to a house fire at 42 Little River Road Wednesday at 6:27 a.m.
Six people were home, including four young children, and all got out safely as did the family pets, according to a Lebanon rescue official.
The homeowner smelled smoke and got everyone and the pets out into a vehicle to stay warm while firefighters responded, said Assistant Chief Jason Cole.
The fire was brought under control and firefighters cleared the scene at 8:30 a.m.
