Art exhibit, Oil and Water, will be on display April 15 at Thornton Oaks Retirement Community, 25 Thornton Way in Brunswick. Lois Jordan and Carolyn Bachman are talented local artists, and members of the Casco Bay Art League. Jordan paints in oils with a variety of subjects from animals and birds to ships and landscapes, while Bachman paints in watercolors, oils and gouache with an emphasis on local scenes. A discussion and reception will begin at 4 p.m. at Thornton Oaks, 729-8033.
