SCARBOROUGH — Heather Sirocki announced this week she will run for the House District 128 seat currently held by Peggy Pendleton, D-Scarborough.
Sirocki, who is a dental hygienist and receptionist, was selected by the Town Republican Party, filling a void left when previous candidate Lynda Griffith pulled out of the race.
Sirocki is president of the Gym Dandies Children’s Circus program and has held offices for the Scarborough Band Boosters and Boy Scouts of America Sea Scout Ship 12. She also has been a member of the Blue Point Congregational Church.
Sirocki, who is a volunteer team leader for the LePage for Governor Campaign, said she will not accept public funds for her campaign.
